Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

1.Design experiments independently
2.Lead technicians to conduct experiments and data analysis
3.Evaluate and master new assay technology in drug discovery and mechanism study
4.Write experiments report

Qualifications / Knowledge:

1.Ph.D. degree
2.Good English - oral and written.

Technical Skills:

1.Strong background in cell biology and molecular biology techniques.
2.Good computer skills and relevant software applications
3.Expertise in preclinical drug development and team leadership experience is desired
4.At least one year postdoctoral training in Biology Science is preferred
