职位描述/要求:
Role Purpose 职位目标:
- Develop and implement local marketing plans in line with central marketing strategy for each individual product, in order to assist TSM/ASM in the management of sales team in each territory. Develop and maximize the healthy working relationship with local KOLs in the hospitals.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责:
- Develop and implement a local marketing plan according to corporation marketing strategy to each individual product.
- Work closely with TSM/ASM/DSS to ensure that the marketing strategy for individual products is linked closely to sales force activities.
- Work closely with the sales training team to ensure each member of regional sales team has obtained essential product knowledge.
- Assist TSM/ASM/DSS to monitor and improve systems and processes that enable sales force performance to be assessed on both a quantitative and qualitative basis (calls, coverage, sales, meetings, customer contacts and medical information provision quality performance ratings etc.) and to benchmark these on a quarterly basis against other sales teams within GSK.
- Assist TSM/ASM/DSS to implement and continuously improve territory management and activity planning systems within the sales team.
- Maintain a good relationships with KOLs in order to maximize sales of GSK products.
- Ensure that all activities undertaken by the sales team staff fully comply with the Company’s policies, the laws and regulations of China and all the relevant GSK Codes of Conduct.
- Comply with GSK Global Quality Policy (GQP) and Global Quality Guideline (GQG).
- Accomplish any other tasks assigned by the superior.
Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies) 申请资格 / 职位要求:(教育背景 / 工作经验 / 知识与技能)
- Bachelor degree, preferably in medicine , pharmacy
- 3 – 5 years pharmacy working experience , preferably in marketing
- strong communication skill , and good interpersonal skill
- Analytical thinking , creative , teamwork
