Role Purpose 职位目的：

• To lead, direct manage and motivate a clinical research group consisting of the above mentioned direct subordinates in responsible area to conduct clinical trials according to GCP and SOPs requirements
  
• To project manage the studies ensuring timelines and quality targets are met
  
• To assist Direct Supervisor to co-ordinate clinical research activities

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责：
Clinical JOB responsibilities:

• Ensure implementation of clinical research standard operating procedures for all clinical trials conducted in responsible area
  
• Project manage the studies, and implement contingency plans as needed to meet timelines, budget and quality targets
  
• Study specific responsibilities: i.e. central lab, site monitoring etc
  
• Provide training to site personnel on proper conduct of clinical trials according to GCP and SOPs. Monitor investigator performance during the trial and take corrective measures, as appropriate
  
• Perform initiation, monitoring and study close out tasks as required by GCP and SOPs
  
• Establish and maintain good relationships with KOLs
  
• Line Management
  
• Advise, provide on-job training for and support of Clinical Research Associate for implementation of assigned studies
  
• Monitor on-going individual performance of Clinical Research Associate and complete performance reviews and professional development plans
  
• Implement clinical research activities for selected clinical trials Phases I-IV. Ensure timelines, budget and quality targets are met for selected clinical studies
  
• Ensure GCP and SOPs requirements are fulfilled. No significant findings on audit
  
• Provide leadership and line management, training, coaching and consultation to Clinical Research Associate
  
• Complete performance reviews and personal development plans for line reports

Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)

• Medical or Science degree
  
• Pharmaceutical industry experience
  
• Good co-ordination, communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to support people whilst a team player at same time
  
• 2 years clinical research experience is needed
