Location: Shanghai

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

• Procurement Goods & Services for GSK China Investment Co., Ltd. Ensure GSK China obtain the first class goods and services in terms of qualify, service, technology and price through purchasing expertise.
• Involve procurement of goods and services. Do sourcing process according to GSK's purchasing process and SOP. Ensure GSK China receive first class goods and services in terms of AQSCI.
• Find best suppliers for all the category according to business needs, more focus on marketing A&P, IT categories
• Organize introduction of purchasing process to end users. Make sure all users understand purchasing process and comply with it.
• Annual supplier evaluation for preferred suppliers
• Handle complains for supplier from internal customer
• Fully utilize procurement tools like JDE system and e-pass system in daily work

Qualifications & requirements:

• 3 years working experience in multi-national company.
• Experience in advertising agency or marketing background. Since marketing department is our major customer, procurement officer need to involve a lot of projects (marketing A&P related projects, medical supporting projects) for marketing.
• Also prefer have the procurement experience in IT category. Since IT department is one of our major customers. Procurement officer need to involve a lot of IT projects.
