职位描述/要求:
Location 驻地: Tianjin

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责:

  • Property management for offices (26CI & TSKF joint offices)
  • Timely renew or extend the office leasing agreements
  • Search for suitable new location and negotiate & sign leasing contract
  • Be responsible for rent payment application
  • Be responsible for office equipment purchase & maintenance
  • 3 main offices in BEJ, SHH & GUZ
  • Assist the new office decoration and move
  • Be responsible for internal communication for admin affairs in Beijing office
  • Support to local admin staff upon requests
  • Logistic support to key staff for Beijing visit
  • Be responsible for hotel booking and local transportation for CMT members and senior executives
  • Provide help on logistic arrangement to overseas staff for their visits to Beijing
  • Provide assist on GSK internal & external group meetings in Beijing
  • Provide ad hoc logistics & secretariat support on demand to CMT members
  • Assist in reception of corporate VIP visit to Beijing
  • Administrative work in department
  • Manage the Company car reservation for efficient use
  • Documentation preparation and data analysis for department files
  • Other assignment from department head

Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • minimum 3 years relevant experience
  • Good organizational skills
  • Strong communication and team player
  • Good command of English, spoken and written
