DEPARTMENT: Greater China Vascular Education
REPORTING TO: Greater China Education Supervisor


MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work closely with local education team to implement customer and internal education and training programs relating to the products, vascular diseases, diagnosis and therapeutic treatment.

- Collaborate with local education team and marketing functions to review, select, develop and organize training materials and activities. Coordinate the distribution of these educational materials to sales and marketing organizations.

- Support education and training activities implementation for local sales and distributor organizations.

- Implement Level 1, 2, 3 training course for sales and marketing organizations.
Support sales teams training programs when required.

- Work closely with local education team and marketing functions to implement customers training programs such as simulation workshops and therapy training.
Coordinate these training programs in the regions with the collaboration of regional sales teams.

- Maintain and manage training equipments and tools for customer education and training programs.
Support physician education and training activities in local congresses and meetings, when required.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree in Science
- Have medical and clinical background and knowledge, Understanding of vascular diseases and therapeutic treatment
- At least 3 years working experience in sales,marketing of training experience with medical products preferred.
- Good presentation,project management and event management skills
- Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
- Ability to work independently, have intiative and team work spirit
-Have proficiency in conversational and written English and Mandarin
