职位描述/要求:
- Handle telephone messages and answer general group/departmental's service enquiries wherever possible - Handle partners/managers' in-trays daily, sort documents during their absence and act accordingly - Handle hotel and air-ticket bookings for partners / managers - Establish and maintain filing system for partners/managers, update client's information and clients' files - Assist in organizing group/department functions - Handle other administrative duties as required by partners/managers/administrator
- Good interpersonal and good communication skills, - Good problem solving ability and work under pressure - Honest mature, sensible, initiative and well-organized people - Experience Required: At lease 2 years secretarial experience.
