Job Duties:

• Assist private bankers in account opening as well as clients’ transaction execution and execute specific account strategies;
  
• Act as client contact point in the absence of private bankers and respond to client requests and resolves account related problems accordingly;
  
• Understand how to evaluate risks and convey risks to clients so as to achieve full risk management requirement;
  
• Assist private bankers to establish trusting relationship with clients and ensure adherence to policy/legal requirements;

Requirements:

• A degree holder with at least 3 years of client servicing experience, preferably in private banking;
  
• Working knowledge of local financial markets and good understanding of investment products;
  
• Self starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  
• Good analytical and problem solving ability;
  
• Able to work independently and set priorities;
  
• Good team player;
  
• Must be fluent in English and Mandarin;
