职位描述/要求:
Responsibilities
• To Identify the basic needs of customers and sell protection insurance products upon CRM & PB’s referral in Branches • To maintain and manage good relationship with customers and ensure customers have a consistent, superior Citibanking experience through delivering highest level of service • To be able to package products into wealth management plan • Provide good after-sales service to customers • To strictly abide by the requirements of compliance & internal control on sales activities
Qualification
• High Integrity • Candidate should exihibit good communication, excellent sales skills, have excellent service and working attitude and highly self-driven. • Sound knowledge of insurance laws and insurance products • Good Knowledge of financial market and financial products • Work experience: with minimum 1 years’ sales experience in bancassurance or group channels in life insurance or related sales in other lines • Possess at least a certificate or degree from a recognized junior college

• 在客户关系经理和理财顾问的配合下,积极发掘客户保险需求和销售保障类保险产品 • 维护和发展良好的客户关系, 持续为客户提供高品质的财务安全规划和服务 • 具备产品包装和设计财富管理计划的能力。 • 为客户提供良好的售后服务 • 严格遵守各项销售管理和内控规定
要求:
• 高度诚信、正直 • 具有良好的沟通和销售能力 ,具有服务热诚,强烈企图心,勇于挑战高业绩 • 熟悉国内保险法规、产品 • 了解金融知识和经济运作 • 具有1年以上寿险公司银行保险或团险销售或其他金融领域销售的工作经验尤佳 • 大专以上学历(含)
