• To Identify the basic needs of customers and sell protection insurance products upon CRM & PB’s referral in Branches • To maintain and manage good relationship with customers and ensure customers have a consistent, superior Citibanking experience through delivering highest level of service • To be able to package products into wealth management plan • Provide good after-sales service to customers • To strictly abide by the requirements of compliance & internal control on sales activities
Qualification
• High Integrity • Candidate should exihibit good communication, excellent sales skills, have excellent service and working attitude and highly self-driven. • Sound knowledge of insurance laws and insurance products • Good Knowledge of financial market and financial products • Work experience: with minimum 1 years’ sales experience in bancassurance or group channels in life insurance or related sales in other lines • Possess at least a certificate or degree from a recognized junior college
