职位描述/要求:
JOB DUTIES: To Identify the basic needs of customers and sell protection insurance products To maintain and manage good relationship with customers and ensure customers have a consistent, superior Citibanking experience through delivering highest level of service To be able to package products into wealth management plan Provide good after-sales service to customers To strictly abide by the requirements of compliance & internal control on sales activities REQUIREMENTS: High Integrity Age: 26-35 years old Junior College or above, good understanding of financial and insurance analysis (polytechnic grad preferred) Work experience: with minimum 1 years' sales experience in bancassurance or group channels in life insurance or related sales in other lines Knowledge of insurance laws, products and services Knowledge on financial market and economic trend Goal oriented and able to work under pressure Good service attitude, strong sales-driven and persuasive

要求: - 高度诚信、正直 - 年龄:26-35岁 - 大专以上学历(含),具有1年以上寿险公司银行保险或团险销售或其他金融领域销售的工作经验尤佳。 - 熟悉国内保险法规、产品和服务 - 了解金融知识和经济运作 - 能承受较大工作压力,具有开拓精神及毅力 - 具有服务热诚,强烈企图心,勇于挑战高业绩
