职位描述/要求:
Responsibilities: · Provide Human Resources overall support for the client group. · Lead HR processes for client group including staffing, organization effectiveness, performance management, employee relations and HR administration. · Play a lead role in recruiting, interviewing, and selection · Involved in proposal on employee development, salary planning, performance management and reward & recognition. · Provide HR leadership on company initiatives. · Drive new and innovative HR practices to create a strong culture of leaders and high performing teams. Requirements: · University degree · 6 or more years' HR experience · Substantial proven performance in an HR generalist role. · Demonstrated ability to interact and consult effectively with client managers and employees. · Well-developed interviewing and assessment skills. · Outstanding communication, teaming and interpersonal skills. · Excellent English skills · Familiar with local labor laws and regulations · Highly Integrity
