职位描述/要求：
System & Network Specialist
Position description ：
- Maintenance and trouble shooting for customers' office facilities: e.g. desktop, laptop, copy machine, PABX, POS etc;
- Network and server upgrade and optimization for customers' IT system.
- Work with customers' overseas headquarter on status reporting and assistance on optimization and upgrade;
- Provide integrated IT solution for costumers; initial equipment selection and network designing based on customers' requirement and assistant networking engineer on networking;
- Consistently improve personal and technical knowledge;
- CCNP certification
- English is the working language.
Position Qualifications：
- Bachelor degree in related technical discipline from recognize university;
- Minimum 2 years working experience in supporting server infrastructure, security and network environment.
- CET4 is minimum, CET6 is preferred; good communication skill in English; ability to work with foreign customers directly on technical problems;
- Ability to work on English environment;
- Be enthusiastic on IT industry, quick self-educating learner of new technology.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows platform:- Windows NT/2000/2003 server
- Experience in Linux is an added advantage
- Knowledge in Microsoft Products such as Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Cluster, ISA
- Knowledge in server and SAN hardware
- Knowledge in systems and network security (firewall, Intrusion Detection/Prevention, Antivirus and etc)
- Knowledge in LAN / WAN products (router, switch, RAS, VLAN, VPN and etc) and network cabling
- Proficiency in software like Microsoft office applications, OS, Symantec anti-virus software and Symantec/CA back-up application;
- Good team player;
- Posses following professional certification are an added advantage: MCSE/CCNP,CCNP is the must.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge on IT industry/business needs and trends
- Must be willing to work beyond normal working hours
