职位描述/要求:
Responsibilities:
-Set, maintain and manage high standards of operations
-Develop manufacturing objectives consistent with existing sales, projected sales forecasts and inventory requirements
-Review reports on manufacturing activities, performance and results and initiates corrective actions relating to delayed schedules, excessive costs, material shortages and other deterrent factors
-Plan and direct manufacturing layout, work flow, assembly methods, equipment and work-force utilization to achieve production and service goals defined by top management
-Manage and regiona plants day-to-day product manufacturing process
-Manage and train junior managers and a team of production staff
-Coordinate with other function managers in planning and implementing manufacturing programs for operation
-Keep a good working atmosphere in his department and that all staff are always following all regulations set up by the company or by customers in which area he is working
Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree of mechanical/machinery/engineering /operation management, or higher in related fields
-Over 8 years of operation related experience, at least 5 year's management experience
-Strong leadership capabilities
-Fluency in written / spoken English and Chinese -Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication and influencing; conflict resolution联系方式:
