Sr Financial Management Role in a Fast Growing Multi-National Company

职位描述/要求:
Responsibilities Includes but not limited to:
1. Evaluates company performance relative to budgets, forecasts and prior year performance.
2. Prepares operating plans for the short-term, quarterly and annually, in close association with members of the senior management team. Assists in the overall strategic planning process and corporate analysis; Looks for strategic alternatives to drive the business and add value.
3. Oversees the regulatory filings required by HKSE.
4. Extensive Interaction with International colleagues and External Auditors.
5. Develops and implements performance standards, measures and metrics used to measure the different lines of business and entities of responsibility.
Requirements:
1. 7-10 years of relevant experience with significant internal and/or external audit experience;
2. HKCPA, Australia CPA, or UK CA/ACA required;
3. Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, master’s preferred;
4. Big Four accounting firm or equivalent background;
5. Able to think strategically;
6. Excellent business sense and commercially aware;
7. Excellent financial and business analytical skills;
8. Excellent English/Mandarin Communication Skills;
9. Excellent written English, including the ability to write succinct, well-structured reports;
10. Bright, team players, who work effectively under pressure;
11. Knowledge and understanding of internal control framework is highly desirable.
