职位描述/要求:
Famous Advertising Company Location in Responsibilities: Ø All office related administration tasks Ø New office renovation coordination and office moving project Ø Office assets management Ø Office necessity vendor sourcing and control Ø Responsible for daily administrative operations, including security, office building maintenance & cleaning, office supply, transportation, dinning room etc. Ø Liaising with our sub lease tenants on any building related issues including security, maintenance, cleaning, using roof top garden. Ø Provides day to day supervision of the receptionist, driver, security and AYI. Ø Support PR Manager for various staff activities and agency events. Ø Lease agreement review and negotiation for expat employees and follow up with agent on expat staff rent payment and FAPIAO management Ø Take care of monthly expense payment and FAPIAO Requirements: Ø Minimum 4 years Admin experience in multi-national company, experience in the advertising industry is a plus Ø Can recognize office related problems at early stage. Understands impact on department or functions Ø Mature, honest, excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Ø Effective & efficient, self-motivated with excellent service attitude, with high level of responsiveness and be able to work independently under pressure Ø Fluency in spoken and written English 联系方式:
