职位描述/要求:
Responsibilities: · Coordinate activities of the consolidated financial results by working closely with Corporate and country finance teams to improve performance as time and quality results; closely analyze currency translation account · Coordinate support to international entities to ensure compliance with group management accounting and reporting policies · Provide analytical and business support for management actual reporting including analysis and presentation of monthly financial results, mainly for P&L and balance sheet · Support and implement ad-hoc regional projects such as Global Headcount, Sales Code Budget…. · Coordinate annual Restatement processes in the businesses for the Asia Pacific · Improve financial reporting effectiveness: Inter-company Matching, Management Adjustments, Regional Expenses and Reconciliation, Leased Equipment investment…. · Perform assigned responsibilities as part of the quarterly consolidation forecast process within the financial planning team in the Region · Support New Business Initiatives, special projects and financial integrations as required · Continuous process improvement in all areas of responsibilities · Work with and maintain open communication with corporate functions as needed with financial information · Participate in the BUs activities (QOR/MOR/Plan) to start communication with global businesses and improve business acumen. · Participate coordinate and analyze profitability by business; analyse BUs capital and participate in BUs marketing trainings · Gather and present information to business units and sub-regions to support environmental reviews and strategic development activities · Interact with a range of internal contacts to gather information needed; may require coordination of matters within the region and GBU. Qualifications: · Master or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or directly related field, CPA, ACCA, qualification is preferred · 6-8 years solid financial planning and analysis working experience in MNCs · Strong understanding of International operations · Excellent analytical and financial skills · Makes decisions and is able to convince people and his/her management on his/her recommendations · Ability to adapt to different situations, cultures and people · Excellent communication skills in both English & Mandarin · Strong organizational and planning skills and the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization. 联系方式:
