Summary

Fully responsible for managing the complete manufacturing process from production planning, manufacturing, equipment maintenance and repair, health and safety, material flow and dispatch logistics and in process quality control, or any other relevant duties to effectively achieve management objectives and operating targets.

Key responsibilities are:

·         Aligns plant production objectives with overall business unit strategy. Develops manufacturing objectives consistent with existing sales, projected sales forecasts and inventory requirements.

·         Sets, maintains and manages high standards of manufacturing operation.

·         Responsible for managing the complete manufacturing process from activities, performance and results and initiates corrective actions relating to delayed schedules excessive costs, material shortages and other deterrent factors.

·         Initiates continuous improvement programs quality, cost and overall efficiency.

·         Evaluates and improves manufacturing methods, layouts, equipment and techniques.

·         Determines proper staffing and skill level for the operation and taking a full and active role in the development of human resources and key performance measurement.

Qualifications:

·         University Degree from a leading University in China or abroad

·         Master Degree preferred

·         Relevant experience in polymer/plastic processing industries

·         Minimum ten years working experience with 3 years proven track record in senior management position and fully responsible for a manufacturing operation of an international company

·         Strong business sense and customer focused

·         High fluency in oral and written English
