岗位职责：

Spearhead the sales development of machinery OEM’s in a prioritized and focused manner.

Build up the specialized team comprising of Business Development Managers and Technical Engineers solely focused on machinery automation applications.

Assess, analyze and report market trends and competitor actions that may impact the competitive position of our product by visiting customers, exhibitions, seminars and conferences.

职位要求:

Qualifications required are an engineering degree plus a business/commercial qualification or equivalent postgraduate experience (eg sales development in servos, application of servo technology etc).
Experience in the application of industrial automation products is essential as OEM customers demand high level of machinery knowledge.
Should have good understanding of machinery building processes.
The ability to take the initiative and facilitate and progress all areas of business development
An analytical yet diplomatic approach to getting things done, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
The ability to understand engineering concepts from different disciplines (mechatronics especially)  and make practical proposals for machinery development with OEM customers.
