Responsibility
Design and develop high quality global location based content engine, the main responsibility and technology includes:
1. Globally aggregate various vendors’ map data, POI data, dynamical location based data and user generated data, design and implement a unique data model to manage these data. 2. The technology of storage, updating, evaluation, verification, fault tolerance , backup and version control on mass data. 3. Intelligent search and spatial index on hundred millions pieces of data, make user can get the wanted information in one moment through key words and location. 4. Build a powerful location based information network community, anybody can create a map quickly and easily just by pointing and clicking, write reviews, share and communicate with each other in this community. We wanted to enable all the world's local experts to map their neighborhoods, their hobbies, their interests, so we can provide the best, most complete map of the earth, because nobody knows a neighborhood better than the folks who live in it. 5. Utilize the data mining technology to discover the potential knowledge in data relationship and pattern, so we can provide individualized LBS service. 为全球导航产品设计与研发高质量的LBS基础数据引擎，其主要责任与技术包括：
1. 在全球市场范围内，集成各种不同供应商的地图数据，POI数据，动态实时变化的数据，以及用户自己创建的数据，设计统一的数据模型来进行管理。 2. 海量非结构化数据（包括文本，图像，图形，多媒体，网页,…）的存储，更新，评估，验证，容错，备份以及版本控制技术。 3. 智能搜索，空间索引技术，在上亿条的数据中通过简单词语的模糊搜索，可以令用户瞬间搜索到与输入词语以及空间位置相关的各种信息。 4. 建立强大的地理信息共享社区，通过为用户提供一个可以方便地自己创建数据，发表评论，共享交流的社区平台，发动用户更新自己生活周围发生的道路变化，POI（兴趣点）变化情况，从而极大地丰富地理信息，为用户提供更新的，更全面的LBS导航服务。. 5. 利用数据挖掘等技术，从数据中得到关于数据关系和模式的知识，从而更好地为用户提供个性化的内容服务。 Qualifications
1． BS/MS in computer science or related major
2． 3+ year's industry experience in software development and at least 1
+ year as team lead.
3． Excellent OOD/OOP, programming & debugging skills in java;
4． Strong Database related knowledge and skills;
5． Passion to work as a professional software engineer, innovative, teamwork and risk-taking spirit;
6． Good communication skill with team member, can lead the team to match project schedule and deadline;
7． Quick-learning, self-motivated and hard-working
8． Experience with Content Management System is a plus;
9． Experience with huge amount data index/storage/retrieval and high scalable systems is a plus;
1. 大学本科或以上学历，计算机相关专业。
2. 3年以上软件开发经验, 一年以上项目管理经验。
3. 精通 OOD/OOP 和 java 程序设计。
4. 精通数据库设计与优化。
5. 工作积极热情，具备创新精神，良好的团队合作，勇于承担风险。
6. 良好的团队沟通技巧,能够带领团队严格执行项目计划,按期交付。
7. 具备快速学习的能力，自我激励，努力工作。
8. 具有Content Management System经验者优先考虑。
