职位描述/要求：
Responsibilities:
- Function as a member of web QA team and play an active role in requirement and test case review. Determine automation needs.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve test efficiency across a variety of web applications
- Work closely with system team to develop utilities to facilitate the usage of automated tests
Requirements:
- BS in computer science or related disciplines
- 1+ years of web automation experience with preferably SilkTest or QTP
- Familiar with SQL
- Experienced in QA methodology
- Adequate English proficiency
- Motivated team player with excellent communication skills
