Purpose: Seeking a strong senior Whitebox QA lead to lead the testing of a variety of backend components in a fast-growing global leader in location-based service.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Whitebox testing of backend components
- Build a strong team of Whitebox QAs that will play an indispensable role in ensuring world-class quality of company products
- Work closely with development team to review design documentation and participate in regular code reviews
- Make recommendations to senior engineering management on tools and means to improve testing efficiency and coverage
Minimum Requirements:
- BS in computer science or related disciplines
- 5+ years of experience in software industry with 2+ years of programming experience in Java or C++, and 2+ years of whitebox testing
- Proficient in SQL
- Experienced in leading a team
- Adequate English proficiency to communicate with US colleagues
- Motivated team player with excellent communication skills
