职位描述/要求:

Responsibilities:
-Deploys and monitors the implementation of Sales strategies and initiatives for the Unit in accordance with overall National Channel strategies and direction from direct supervisor.
-Delivers Unit Sales goals through the effective placement of Sales team and resources management (eg Headcount, trade payment and consumer promotions, etc.).
-Training contract sales team to ensure business objective are delivered
-Manages the Unit expenses within the budget. Is expected to track spending to ensure no exceeding.
-Conducts monthly Business Reviews with all key Customers in the Unit.
-Provides weekly data from the Unit on Initiatives, pricing, distribution, shelving, merchandising and competitive activity.
-Owns the specific GtM strategy for the Region based on the National Strategy and the relevant local market conditions. Develop and maintain an effective communication between the Sales Teams to ensure responsiveness to field needs

Qualifications:
-University degree
-Computer literacy and good English communication skill
-Minimum of 3 years of CP relevant experience, with Account/Distributor Management skill/knowledge.
