职位描述/要求：
Roles & Responsibility -Fully implement POC programs and initiatives within assigned budget in respective territory -Conduct daily hospital visit according to the POC plan - communicate key product information and its features / benefits to health professionals and consumers via face-to-face introduction and professional detailing programs -Evaluate the effectiveness of the programs and provide suggestions for future improvement -Provide inputs to professional detailing materials development -Strictly control samples, educational materials, and activities in the respective region -Execute, track and strictly control assigned A&P and NVO budget -Complete the professional research according to the research plan -On field training for detailers, detailers performance management. Qualifications: - Bachelor above, Dentists background prefer. - At least 5 years experience in professional marketing field team or OTC /RX sales team in multi-national company, it is better to have team management at least 2 years , prefer in dental related company. 联系方式：
