职位描述/要求:
We are now recruiting a Business Manager for our Customer Development function (Sales) for Shanghai Direct Retail. The person will be based in Shanghai, covering the business in Mondern Trade in Shanghai. Overal Job Description: Manages the Territories' Sales Team and contract Sales Team to deploy agreed plans with speed and quality of execution unequalled by competition. The BM is the key person for building local knowledge and customer relationships that enable the Unit to exceed company sales, collection and 5P strategies at a local level. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY: 1.Deploys and monitors the implementation of Sales strategies and initiatives for the Territroy in accordance with overall National Channel strategies and direction from the District Manager. 2.Delivers Sales goals through the effective placement of Sales team and resources management (eg Headcount, trade payment and consumer promotions, etc.). 3.Manages expenses within budget. Is expected to track spending to ensure the budget is not exceeded. 4.Conducts monthly Business Reviews with all key Customers. 5.Creates the Best Place to Work environment – Works with the line manager to align to an Annual Organisation plan that includes recommendations for promotions and training courses for each person to attend to ensure effective development. Must work with each Direct report once per month on a specific development need. 6.Provides weekly data from the territory on Initiatives, pricing, distribution, shelving, merchandising and competitive activity. 7.Owns the specific GtM strategy for the territory based on the National Strategy and the relevant local market conditions. Qualification Required: Education: :University degree Experience:min 6 years Sales experience in multi-national cooperation.
