responsibility
- Manage/Supervise outside agencies and coordinate government agencies to track, investigate and take enforcement actions on counterfeiting operations in China
- Strengthen partnership with our sale teams, especially feedback and solve local counterfeiting/infringing issues
- Train and lobby local government agencies to get priorities to support our IPR Protection in China market
- Conduct joint actions with related QBPC Members and local brand owners
- Testing report/monitor post-action follow-up, like penalty decision/destruction
- Monitor market to identify new infringers and supervise the full compliance with the undertakings given by the infringers

Requirement
- Bachelor degree, major in law / Englist / Commerce preferred
- Experience on IPR Protection and / or experience in multinational companies or foreign related investigation firms or Intellectual Property agencies in anti-counterfeit area is preferred
- Willing to frequently travel in North China
