Description:
- In charge of the product requirement and technical architecture, advanced technology development;
- Understands the technical requirements, content and deliverables;

Requirements
- MS/BS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent. MBA preferred;
- At least 8 years working experience in software development industry;
- 5+ years experience in requirements analysis, design, coding and unit testing of scalable, distributed, fault-tolerant applications;
- Expertise required in object-oriented design methodology and application development in Java and J2EE, including servlets, JSP, Java Beans, JDBC. C++ a plus. Knowledge of XML, XSL, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML required;
- Project experience with IBM Web Sphere or other J2EE application servers required;
- Hands-on experience with J2EE application;
- Proven results oriented person with a delivery focus in a high velocity, high quality environment;
- Strong programming skills in Java, C/C++ and SQL;
- Familiarity with one of the following relational database systems: Oracle, or SQL Server;
- Good knowledge of testing methodologies, testing tools, testing process, process improvement;
- Multiple platform experience is a plus: Windows NT, Linux, Solaris, HP-UX, AIX;
- Good knowledge of CMM/CMMI;
- Proven track record of successful management of several projects with on-time and on-budget delivery;
- Strong ability to handle big and remote teams;
- Strong communication skills including internal team coaching and formal presentations;
- Self-motivated, highly organized, responsive, analytical and problem solving skills;
- Mature professional with ambition and passion;
- Fluent in English communication, both writing and speaking;
- Having work experience in multi-national company or oversea relate working experience is preferred.
