岗位描述：

• 负责公司质量管理体系、质量标准的文件管理工作。
• 车间设备组装期间进行检查监督。
• 跟踪、监督指导分包设备供货商的设备制造，并向项目经理汇报。
• 监督指导制造要求(卖方标准)和DIN标准(最新版本)是否照章执行。
• 对选择的部件，包括外购部件和组装设备，进行抽样检验。
• 解决遇到的质量问题。
• 与技术部门共同确定设备的可用程度，是否需要返工修复或是需要对设备判废。
• 把质量问题和订单进度告知给买方和项目团队，并与买方或其代表共同完成设备检验。
• 检查和记录当地制造商的检测文件的完整性。
• 签字允许发货；
• 制定检测程序等，如果必要，监督指导合作制造商的设备自检。
• 根据各自责任范围，为买方制定预备检验和最后验收程序的计划。

到机械设备制造厂根据工程公司的要求和提供的制造图纸指导并监督当地供货设备的制造，检验并验收制造完成的机械设备，督促设备制造厂按照设备制造合同按照约定的质量和交货期执行。

技能要求：

• 具有大专以上文化程度，有一定的实际工作经验和管理能力，机械及相关专业优先；
• 具备专业质量检验和质量管理知识；
• 熟悉机械制造的工艺，流程；
• 有较强工作责任感和事业心,有较强业务能力和协调能力；
• 有敏锐的洞察力，能从工作细节中发现对产品质量的潜在威胁.
• 英语水平好优先；
• 有工艺处理生产线或镀锌彩涂生产线设备制造经验者优先。

Local Manufacturing Supervisor （2 vacancies）

Job Description

• Responsible for establishment and management of quality supervision documentation.
• plan the extend and inspections during workshop assembly.
• Follow up and supervising local supplied equipment manufactured by local mechanical supplier. Report to project manager.
• Supervise the fulfillment of the manufacturing instructions (Seller’s standard) and DIN Standards (latest version).
• Sample inspection on selected parts, including bought-out items and assembled equipment.
• Solve occurring quality problems.
• Decide on ascertain deviations with regards to usability, possibly re­quired rework or rejection in cooperation with the technical depart­ments in line with responsibilities agreed.
• Inform the Buyer and the project team about quality problems and order progress and perform inspection activities with the Buyer or his representative.
• Check and record completeness of inspection documentation of the local manufacturer.
• Release for delivery
• Test sequences etc., if necessary, supervise the Co-Manufacturers inspections.
• Plan the Buyer’s pre-inspection and final acceptance procedures in line with the responsibilities agreed.

More work will be in manufacturers’ shop to supervise local equipment manufacturing according to specification and manufacturing drawing provided by engineering company. To check and inspect mechanical equipment. To check manufacturers to deliver local equipment according to agreed quality requirement and delivery time schedule.

Profile & Skills

• Education with junior college or above; some level of working experience and management capability; majored in mechanics or equivalent;
• Professional quality check and knowledge of quality management;
• Familiar with process of mechanical manufacturing;
• Strong work responsibility and enterprising, with good business coordination capability;
• Penetrating inspection capability, can find out potential threats or defects to products;
• Some basic English knowledge (good English will be better);
• Some experience in manufacturing equipment for galvanizing or color coating lines.
