
职位描述/要求:
Major Responsibilities:

Lead all project activities to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company EHS standards

Conduct project assessment and measure the benefits and value
- Develop project scope and plan
- Ensure each project is delivered to the agreed specification, time and budget;
- Organize and control internal and external project resources and project progress
- Select and manage the activities of outside design contractors to ensure satisfactory standard of service received.
- Lead document control function to build engineering documentation and archiving process
Job Requirements:
- University degree in an Engineering discipline
- 3-5 years operational experience in a chemical manufacturing facility with 3 years experience of working in a project environment
- In – depth knowledge of broad engineering aspects and project management principles
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem- solving capacities
- Good command of English both in writing and speaking
- Proficient communications skills at an operational level as required.
