Responsibilities

1. Test the professional Video (HD, BD, DVD) editing application in powerful PC.
2. Write new test cases as necessary.
3. Follow test plans and test matrices.
4. Write clean, informational bugs as defects are found and have the ability to explain and back up bugs in bug review meetings and with Engineering.
5. Keep learning new technology (DVD, HD, BD, QA, etc.)
6. Test DVD video and audio formats utilizing different Operating Systems and Environments.
7. Setup and change Operating Systems as necessary,

Requirements

1. BS or MS in C.S or E.E (or Communication Engineering) (FULL TIME).
2. Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills. CET6 preferred.
3. Know Software/QA workflow, with 1+ year experience of QA/tester is preferred.
4. Be familiar with new powerful hardware (CPU, Video card, etc.); be competent using Windows OS and knowledgeable of Windows device drivers.
5. Have the ability and aptitude to learn new technology as necessary.
6. Have the desire and ability to change tasks quickly, work in a fast paced environment and be flexible.
7. Be a team player and readily able to collaborate with other QA members and Development Engineers.
8. A background in Video Editing Application/System/Workstation is preferred (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.).
9. Have basic scripting skills and some experience with automated test tools and running test automation is preferred.
