Major Responsibilities:

• Organisation of long and short-term training course so that serviceability of dealer mechanic is maximized.
  
• Establish annual training programme in line with BMW training objectives.
  
• Preparation of training course materials to meet annual training program objectives.
  
• Product and Technical training for Dealer and NSC China personnel at the Training Academy and Dealer training facilities.
  
• Maintenance and upkeep of training facilities, models, cars and equipment.
  
• Development and production of technical car competitions.
  
• Keep up to date with BMW and automotive industry technology.
  
• Preparation of and conducting Master Technician upgrade examinations.

Basic Requirements:

• Automotive engineering qualification, e.g. Technicians Diploma
  
• Fluent in Chinese and English
  
• General knowledge of computer systems
  
• Additional qualification in training, education and presentation techniques
  
• Experience in the automotive industry;
  
• Experience as a trainer
  
• Self motivated with the ability to motivate
  
• Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills
