职位描述/要求:

Major Responsibilities:

  • Provide necessary training to dealer parts staff.
  • Provide and advise parts information and technical services to dealers.
  • Support dealer on special parts number looking up.
  • Contact and consult BMW Group Parts Technical and Supply departments to verify solutions and obtain special parts.
  • Contact with PDC about special parts ordering.
  • Work with Service technical support to provide solution of the parts related problem.
  • Maintain and support EPC to supply and assist the dealer network.
  • Provide pricing information on Parts, Accessories and Lifestyle.
  • Update dealer network with new information and technical literature.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor or above degree
  • Technical background
  • More than 3 years of working experience in Automotive company
  • Easy to communicate with other people and work within a team
  • Good command of English
  • Good PC skills
