职位描述/要求:

Major Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all technical problems with BMW cars in the market.
  • Monitors goodwill expenditure of the dealers in the region and assures that they confirm with BMW AG standards.
  • Develops measures to reduce the goodwill cost of BMW AG with respect to customer satisfaction.
  • Assures, together with the Area Aftersales Managers, that the dealers in the market are establishing their own adequate goodwill budget.
  • Implements necessary technical innovations according to market requirements.
  • Assures together with local authorities that BMW products and innovations such as radio and communications systems, navigation systems, aerodynamic kits, wheels and tyres can be introduced in the market.
  • Conduct anonymous workshop tests in the markets.
  • Responsible for the technical guidance of Service Support Team employees in the region.
  • Support all NSC China staff with technical expertise.

Basic Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, technician or engineer with working experience.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
  • Good knowledge of PC Software in MS- and BMW applications.
  • Experience in a company advisory role.
  • Detailed knowledge of all processes of engineering, as well as their link to crossover functions.

BMW China



The BMW Group is one of the most successful manufacturers of automobiles and motorcycles in the world with its BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce brands. As a global company, the BMW Group operates 24 production facilities in 13 countries and has a global sales network in more than 140 countries.

The BMW Group achieved a global sales volume of approximately 1.46 million automobiles for the 2010 financial year. Revenues for 2010 totalled euro 60.477 billion. At 31 December 2010, the company employed a global workforce of 95,453 associates.

In 1994 April, BMW Group established the representative office in Beijing, which is recognized as BMW’s official entry to Chinese market. In 2005 October, BMW China Automotive Trading Ltd. was established as another milestone of BMW’s long term commitment to Chinese market.

By both import and local production, BMW has introduced all product series to Chinese market including 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, X, Z, M series as well as MINI and Rolls-Royce brands. In the year of 2010, BMW has sold 168,998 cars in Mainland China, which made China the 3rd largest market in BMW’s global sales network.
