Responsibilities:

• The Wholesale Risk Specialist owner is responsible for monitoring, assessment and reporting on all risk aspects of the wholesale portfolio.
  
• Judge the solvency and creditworthiness of dealers upon credit applications by using the group rating system.
  
• Conduct risk analyses, identifying trends and offer recommendations and actions in order to protect our risk position.
  
• Compose decision-making proposals to Risk Management and to Local and Regional Credit Committee meetings.
  
• Assure a legally binding contractual framework for all wholesale products and collateral agreements.
  
• Communicate with dealers together with sales upon risk issues.
  
• Initiate and monitor vehicle inventory audits at dealerships.
  
• Analyze and control the financial performance of dealers on a permanent basis by using and further developing of early warning instruments.
  
• Close monitoring of the financial standing of the dealers and offer recommendations when needed.
  
• Analyze wholesale risks on portfolio level by using risk steering instruments and provide risk reporting to Risk Management, senior management and headquarters.

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Management or Finance (emphasis on Banking).
  
• Up to date knowledge in Commercial Banking and Chinese business practice.
  
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (speaking and writing).
  
• At least three years of working experience.
  
• Experience in commercial environment ideally credit department of a bank or captive business;
  
• Experience in bank accounting and controlling; experience in credit department is a plus.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  
• Must enjoy working in a start-up environment and be a team player.
  
• Able to work in an international organization.
  
• Must be service minded with a strong customer focus.
  
• Computer literate, including MS excel, MS word and MS powerpoint.
  
• You are motivated, eager to learn and not afraid of a challenge.
