职位描述/要求:

Key Objectives:

(Maintenance=RUN)

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for maintaining an Application or an IT system. He/she has to plan and control the development of the application or of the IT system.

(Project=BUILD)

The Subproject team leader for the “Application Development Project” as a sub-project of the “CRM Restructuring Project” is responsible for achieving the project objectives and keeping to the schedule and costs. He/she must get into the already started project, monitor and control the creation of the deliverables (including changes), take care of the execution of the required acceptances and hand over the project deliverables into the line (maintenance and operation).

Main Tasks:

(Maintenance=RUN)

  • Ensure consolidation of emergency activities into regular maintenance
  • Plan and control further development of the system (global Release planning)
  • Evaluate maintenance activities
  • Assign orders for maintenance (internal and external) and accept them
  • Plan, apply for and monitor internal resources
  • Write invitations to tender for external services and award and monitor the contracts
    (partner management)
  • Plan and execute the acceptance (Reviews, Gateways) of the suggested solutio
  • Issues the particular Release Planning
  • Contributes to the creating of the backout plan
  • Prepares and performs the technical and operational approval
  • Creates and communicates the Release Notes
  • Contributes to training and communication planning
  • Sets up the communication and training measures
  • Conducts the communication measures
  • Contributes to the planning and purchasing of the necessary HW and S

(BUILD)

  • Start Update project in a regular manner (Project Brief, Kick-off etc.)
  • Define project deliverables and their development (Retail & Wholesale Applications)
  • Gather together a project team
  • Plan, apply and monitor internal and external resources
  • Write bidding documents for external services and award and monitor the contracts
  • Plan in and execute acceptances (Reviews, Gateways)
  • Decide on and set priorities for activities / changes
  • Hand over project deliverables into the line (maintenance and operation)
