职位描述/要求:
Objectivities:
- Support and guide the China markets on all issues related to the mid term and long term product planning to implement and facilitate the BMW Group Premium Brand Strategy for China.
Main Tasks:
- Product Planning for all strategic BMW product and technologies.
- Long Range Planning.
- Definition of future market specific product requirements for new product developments and initializing market specific product adaptations.
- Co-ordination of long term new product and technology development and launch planning.
- Strategic market analysis and research as part of market development projects and long term product planning.
- Preparation of BMW AG related proposals and presentations.
- Long Range Plan, strategic product planning and market research, AG presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business Engineering or Business Administration
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Very good PC knowledge and presentation skill
- Three to five years experience in Engineering, Sales & Marketing and/or Product Planning
- Good knowledge of market analysis and good sense of auto market
- Good product knowledge and high affinity for product related issues
- International orientation with ability to work in an cultural diverse environment
- High flexibility to work on multi task assignments
- Long term commitment of career
