
职位描述/要求:
Position Summary:
- Recruit talents for the Company independently
- Manage the recruitment channel matrix to improve recruitment effectiveness;
- Participate in the formulation of the Company recruitment strategy
Major Responsibilities:
- Screen resumes, and coordinate with hiring departments/divisions and candidates
- Arrange and conduct interviews
- Resume and files management
- Collect and analyze talent market and report to management team
- Arrange job fairs and ads, and coordinate with recruitment vendors
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in HRM, Psychology, or equivalent, Master& Degree is an added advantage
- Comfortable to communicate in both written and oral English, experience in international environment is a plus; knowledge of the local labor market trends
- 3-5 years solid relevant working experience in large organizations and/or employment agencies preferably in the Auto industry;
- Good interpersonal and communication skill; strong planning and organizational skills and detail, process oriented; good team player
