职位描述/要求:
Department: Corporate Affairs
Objectives
Define regional public communication strategy and dealer communication strategy for mainland China , improve BMW image promotion and dealer/customer image promotion at regional level.
Main Tasks
- Build up and manage communication network in mainland China ;
- Dealer communication development and management (including dealer brand behavior management, dealer training, dealer PR steering and performance measuring)
- Regional media coverage and PR project implementation
- Work with Service Communication team to improve dealer image and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor or master degree is required
- Good understanding and execution of public communication methodology; Excellent English skill
- 5 years experiences in multi-national company, Automotive or premium brand industries is preferable;
- 3 years experience related to public affair or dealer marketing;
- Strong communication and negotiation skill; Strong team work spirit;
- Strong problem solving capability; Project management skill;
- Be able to perform under pressure and multi-task environment, detail-oriented with high efficiency.
