Department: MINI
Key Objectives :
- Management of Marketing activities, including the following key tasks:
- Integrated and coherent Marketing Work over the following areas
- Event & Exhibition Marketing
- Dealer Marketing
- POS
- Sales Literature
- Sponsoring
- Management of respective part of the Marketing Budget
- Long Term Marketing Positioning of MINI in China
Main Tasks:
- Ensure achievement of departmental objectives in terms of Brand Building , Brand Perception and communication targets according to central strategy
- Manage (either via direct responsibilities, MINI Team or service level agreements with BMW Group functions) the following MINI processes
- Develop and manage the respective marketing budget.
- Develop and prepare the respective annual marketing plan.
- Develop innovative marketing and communication events, which correspond to the brand profile and contribute to adding more individuality to the brand.
- Develop Dealer Marketing Strategy and Processes
- Responsible for POS activities
- Responsible for MINI Sales Literature
- Develop and prepare dealer conference.
- Develop and manage tactical marketing programs
Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in marketing and/or related areas
- Significant experience in automotive industry a plus
- Robust expertise in the following areas:
- brand management principles
- business practices
- customer behavior
- marketing knowledge
- negotiating skills
- awareness of legal and social issues
- ability to work with high-income customers setting stringent demands
- Able to work in an international working environment
- Good inter-personal skills.
- Highly analytical with good planning and organizing skills
- Logical thinker and creative problem solver
- Extreme attention to detail
- Highly motivated, self starter
