职位描述/要求:
Department: Shanghai Office
Main Tasks:
- Support planning and implementing Dealer Marketing ensuring that BMW is well established and maintained as the most respected and desirable automotive brand in China, strongly differentiated from competitors;
- Assist dealer to set up marketing team and functions.
- Organize dealer marketing manager run-thru workshop and certify dealer marketing managers.
- Ensure two-way communication with dealer management level and understand dealers' concerns and feedback to BMW marketing for actions or improvement.
- Coach dealer marketing team to understand BMW standard and marketing operation
- Regular dealer visit to ensure BMW showroom standard.
- Support Dealer Merchandising and Point of Sale Material to effectively achieve the corporate objectives and support the brand values;
- Take the lead in organizing dealer opening events including dealer orientation, agency briefing, coordination between.
- Encourage more creative local marketing ideas and share best practice nationwide.
- Evaluate the dealer marketing performance to improve the overall performance level.
- Support dealer local events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with marketing and/or communication subjects as majors;
- Chinese and English is an absolute must
- At least 3 years marketing experience in multinational companies, ideally with automotive background or in the luxury brand environment;
- Able to work in an international working environment, excellent understanding of premium branding
- Creative, organized, ability to work under pressure;
- Good inter-personal skills and communication skills, team player.
