Key Objectivities ：

Organisation and execution of nationwide E/E vehicle testing and validation under local conditions in Hongkong, Macau , Taiwan

Main Tasks:

• Updating and supervision of vehicles for Electric/Electronics (E/E) integration-step- verification in the FIT (Vehicle Intensive Test) framework
• Validation of china specific E/E customer functions
• Updating and support for all cars regarding E/E functions. Supervision of the endurance test vehicles regarding E/E functions to ensure testing feasibility
• Updating of vehicles in the FIT framework (regarding integration-step-process)
• Planning and self-dependant execution of E/E test and validation focused on technical requirements as well as customer functions and brand specific user-end function philosophy
• Support of E/E system tests regarding the Chinese market requirements
• Detailed description and analysis of varied test results as well as list and record keeping
• Finding and solving errors in the cars using diagnostic systems.
• Creating test reports and documentation of results
• Reporting and presenting of errors and tracking of the solutions

Qualifications:

• Engineer (master) in electronics, information technology, automotive or mechatronics
• Knowledge of electric/electronic vehicle systems
• Knowledge of verification & validation techniques for electronic systems
• Proficient in usage of development tools for updating the car and electronic control units
• Proficient in usage of IT systems and knowledge in measurement systems
• Objective vehicle test judgement skills
• Extensive experience in vehicle or aerospace tests with an international manufacturer (> 2 years) is required
• Alternative: Extensive experience in tests of IT-systems with an international manufacturer (> 2 years) is required
• Ability to make decisions independently and to make recommendations for investment / change. Involved in preparing information to assist in higher level decisions
• Highly motivated with excellent communication skills
• Ability to understand, simplify and explain complex ideas and principles to others
• The person must be flexible, an excellent team player, and willing to learn and participate in the sharing of information
• Basic understanding of quality
• Valid driver's license
• Safe driving skills
• Native Chinese speaker (Traditional Chinese) with excellent English / German knowledge (or willingness to learn German)
