职位描述/要求:
Main Objectives:
To provide customer service support & process daily order entry cum shipment arrangement
Main Tasks:
- To download & process daily order via VHV, ICS
- Co-ordination of out-going shipment inclusive of cargo bookings, documentation & liaising with warehouse personnel for dispatching of cargo as well as to ensure all procedures are in compliance with the export requirements
- Monitor customer order receipts according to order Cut-Off plan
- Arrange for Fumigation, Country of Origin certificate, DG permit if required
- Monitor and follow up payment from customer
- Processing of claims via RDA:- if required, save photos in claim file for investigation- arrange for scrapping and return of parts, update RDA- initiate credit / debit note to customers
- New part number creation
- Order maintenance for obsolete, substitute parts according to backlog report and correspondence - inform customer of changes and attend to enquiries (eg. Parts status and availability)
- Prepare lead time report
Know How:
Educational Background:
- Degree or Master
- Professional Experience / Knowledge of industry branch:
- 3-4 years experience in customer service with logistics background. Preferably automotive industry
- Additional Knowledge (languages, IT applications):
- Languages: English, Mandarin
- MS Office, Basic knowledge in Warehouse Management Systems
- Good IT knowledge
