职位描述/要求:

Key Objectives:

  • Rollout, develop and support the new DMS Autoline
  • Provide BMW standards and interfaces for all business processes at the dealership.
  • Rollout Autoline to dealerships.
  • Support dealers regarding business processes.

Main Tasks

  • Change Request Development
    Ensure system design is aligned with BMW business process and user friendly.
    Identify system-business gap by analyzing QMA, RSM documents, collecting BMW internal and dealer needs.
    Specify business needs as change, which allows both business people and technical people to understand.
    Align change requests with surrounding systems.
    After change requests have been development test the new functionality in module and integration tests.
  • Provision of training material
    Document the system functionality in an understandable way and describe the handling of standard BMW business processes within Autoline.
    Provide presentations and guidelines for the Autoline training at the dealership and in central locations.
  • Rollout Autoline to dealers
    Assess the capability of dealers to receive the new DMS Autoline.
    Explain the project background and agree on a timeline for data cleansing, training, go-live and handholding.
    Participate in the implementation to ensure the quality of the training and cooperation of the dealer.
  • Support dealers
    Solve upcoming problems which have a direct relationship to the business department.

Know How:

University degree in Science, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent

Knowledge in business administration

  • English is a must. (spoken and written)
  • Chinese is a must. (Spoken and written).
  • Ability to translate English / Chinese.

Good experience in IT-Knowledge (e.g. MS Office, mail, Internet)

  • Knowledge of the Automotive Retail Business
  • Knowledge of dealer activities
  • Basic Product Knowledge

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent team player
  • Self confident, inspiring and convincing
  • Logical thinker, analytical with good planning and organizing skills
  • High level of conflict management skills and creative problem solver
