职位描述/要求:
Department: Human Resources
Key Objectives:
To administer and execute the JV payroll, accountable to the HR Operations Manager for the accurate and timely compilation and administration of payrolls, processing and distribution of tax end requirements as well as calculation and administration of salary payments for temporary personnel.
Main Tasks:
- Processing of documents relevant to payrolls e.g. bank stop orders, bank transfers, insurance stop orders.
- Distribution of processed payslips.
- Sorting and packaging of pay-outs.
- Calculation of wages.
- Solving of pay-related discrepancies.
- Checking and revision of all pay related documentation.
- Checking accuracy of payroll information and taking corrective action where necessary.
- Reconciliation of accounts.
Know How:
- Degree in Business Administration (BA)
- Human Resources qualification desirable
- Accounting and bookkeeping skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- At least two years related experience.
- Administrative experience ideally in an international company.
- According to BMW Associate Model.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Attention to details, accurate.
- High sense of confidentiality.
- Willing to travel.
