职位描述/要求:

Key objective:

  • Ensure the timely and efficient processing and auditing of all warranty related documentation.

Main Tasks

  • Execute all warranty related documentation and Assistance in advising dealers on warranty related issues.
  • Document verification: Security of all warranty documentation for accuracy.
  • Identification and coding of all relevant documentation.
  • Dealer submissions: Monitoring of dealers monthly credits and quality submissions.
  • Dealer liaison: Handling inquiries and solving discrepancies.
  • Policy: Issue of policy authorisations as required.
  • Correct and timely processing of documentation.
  • Appropriate handling of warranty related queries.

Know How:

  • PC skills related with Microsoft office
  • Oral and writing English
  • Basic automotive knowledge
  • Willing to travel
