Department: MINI
Key objective:
- Management of Sales and Marketing activities, including the following key tasks:
- Sales
- Sales Budget planning
- Managing of Sales Allowance Budget
- Advising the dealer on the spot on Sales related issues
- Marketing
- Dealer Marketing Planning
- Monitoring of dealer Marketing Activities
- Advising Dealer on the spot on Marketing Related Issues
- Contact partner of the dealers on all Sales and Marketing issues
Main Tasks :
- Ensure achievement of departmental objectives in terms of volume, profitability, representation and communication according to central strategy
- Manage (either via direct responsibilities, MINI Team or service level agreements with BMW Group functions) the following MINI processes in the respective region
- Sales Budget Planning
- Sales target achievement for respective region/dealer
- Management of Sales Allowance Budget
- Creation of tactical sales activities
- Dealer Marketing Planning
- Marketing support for dealers
- On site dealer support
Know How:
- 5 years experience in Sales or related areas
- Significant experience in automotive industry a plus
- Robust expertise in the following areas:
- Sales target setting
- Sales follow up
- Marketing knowledge
- Budget management
- negotiating skills
- awareness of legal and social issues
- ability to work with high-income customers setting stringent demands
- Able to work in an international working environment
- Good inter-personal skills.
- Highly analytical with good planning and organizing skills
- Logical thinker and creative problem solver
- Extreme attention to detail
- Highly motivated, self starter
- Willing to travel
