职位描述/要求：
Responsibility:
1. To assist the Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) in ensuring that the service delivery and contractual obligations are delivered and executed in a manner that fosters and achieves customer satisfaction
2. To lead and guide the Maintenance Technicians in the daily performance of planned preventive maintenance services, and the installation, troubleshooting, and repairs the Electrical and related building systems in a safe and efficient manner.
3. To assist the Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) in establishing and maintaining good relations and effective communications with the customers and team members.
4. To assist the Maintenance Engineer (Electrical)in ensuring that all activities comply with company policies and ethics
5. To assist the Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) in leading the team members in the development and execution of continuous improvement program.
6. To comply with all company policies, procedures and standards.
7. To provide and supervise corrective action and service requests as required and directed and ensure that all activities are documented.
8. To perform related duties as directed.
Knowledge/Experience:
1. Minimum college education in Science and Engineering or related fields
2. Minimum four years working experience in related field and two years of supervision experience
Skills:
1. Ability to organize and plan the work order system
2. Computer literate
3. Ability to communicate in Chinese and read and follow instructions in the English language
