Responsibility:
Provides Human Resouces support for a site, function, and/or Human Resources specialty area by developing and implementing programs regarding employment, compensation, benefit,employee relations, equal employment opportunity, organization development, affirmative action, HRIS and/or consistent with strategic direction. Selects, provides direction, develops and evaluates personnel policy and program matters, makes or recommends appropriate decisions as consistent with strategic direction. Selects, provides direction, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of generalist Human Resources perspective and/or Human Resources functional specialties.
Knowledge/Experience:
• At least 10 years of progressive generalist experience ,or multiple HR specialist roles, preferably in a high technology, manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience or other experience leading people such as project management.
• Strong knowledge and experience in the following HR sub-functions: compensation; benefits; training and development; staffing; employee relations; organizational development; and human resource planning. Strong working knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Bachelors degree preferred.
