Requirements:

• University degree with at least 5 years' relevant experience
  
• Possess solid research skills with knowledge in customer satisfaction measurement and good foundation in Statistics preferred
  
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese essential
  
• Good project management skills from proposal stage to presentation and final reports
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to details
  
• Able to work under pressure with positive and proactive personality
