Job description :

• Lead major accounts independently with excellent client relationships skills, market research capabilities and ability to think strategically about how market research fits with marketing decisions. This position is responsible for leading a research team of 5-10 research professionals, exploring new business opportunities and sharing office management responsibilities.

Requirements :

• University degree with at least 8-10 years' market research experience
  
• Familiar with more sophisticated qualitative methodologies, such as guerilla interviews, ethnography, semiotics, etc.
  
• High levels of competency and experience in building relations with very senior research decision-makers from
• European/American MNC's
  
• Experience working in international markets
  
• Strong communication and leadership skills
  
• Capability of strategic thinking and strive for excellence
  
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin is a must
