职位描述/要求:

·         Basic knowledge of local area networks

·         Windows XP, Vista

·         Microsoft Office Applications

·         Acrobat reader / writer

·         Web browser

·         Anti-virus tools

·         Lotus Notes email

·         Lotus Notes calendar

·         Basic concept of marketdata applications such as Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.

·         Knowledge of Windows domain and Active Directory

·         LAN Printing

·         Basic knowledge of office telephone systems

·         Basic knowledge of office peripherals, such as PDA, scanners

·         Basic knowledge of Blackberry

·         Able to diagnose problems over the phone

·         Excellent Chinese Putonghua and English verbal communications

·         Excellent telephone manners

·         Able to track problems and follow escalation procedures
